Madison County records must come from the office that keeps them. The Circuit Clerk is in Room 217 of the Madison County Courthouse, 100 North Side Square, Huntsville, AL 35801. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The general court line is 256-532-3300, while the Secretary of State listing gives 256-532-3390 for Circuit Clerk Debra Kizer.
